The government of Saudi Arabia is often focused on their interest and concerns, but is often neglectful for the teachers interests (Saudi Arabia, 2006-2007). There is an evident shift of accents in the field of education. The quality of life of people living in the developing countries is deteriorating. Many efforts are ma de by the local governments to advance quality of life of people in the developing countries. Unfortunately, the governments do not pay a proper attention to the contribution of technologies in education. Low levels of life, health of people and high level of mortality often stay higher up the necessity of education advancement (Achievement of the Development Plans and Facts, 2008). Under conditions of technological revolution and the democratization of ideas the relationship surrounded by developed and developing countries are facilitated and improved. Saudi Arabia is on the way to globalization and it must make expeditious changes and improvements starting from education in schools. To overcome a widening gap between developed and developing countries technological improvements should be introduced in different spheres of human activities (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Education, 2005).
